Welcome! I am a Certified Zentangle Teacher, a music teacher (voice and piano), and a credentialed elementary school educator. I work with a variety of clients, from elementary school students to budding musicians to professional artists. I dabble in many, many
things including singing, steel drum playing, Zentangle art, writing, baking, gardening, collage making, tap dancing, and photography. I'm
completely inspired by fellow creatives,
passionate teachers, and beautiful bloggers. Here you'll find my thoughts on teaching, art,
writing, and joyful living. Thanks for stopping by!
"What is a teacher? I'll tell you: it isn't someone who teaches something, but someone who inspires the student to give of her best in order to discover what she already knows.” --Paulo Coehlo

Hi Rebecca. I wasn't able to comment on your blog post with the deck ATC's Maybe comments are off? I also couldn't respond to your comment on my post from my email inbox - I think because your profile doesn't include your email address.ReplyDelete
Anyway, I really like your theme idea for the deck and your cards look great! I also am working on the tangle-a-day calendar. I can go a week at times without drawing. I am caught up now. Sometimes I will take a Zentangle book out and be inspired to catch up several days. One time I was really inspired by the work of a gourd artist to motor thru 5 or 6 days. I have started adding notes and just really love to look back over the pages.
I like your dabble list. Tap dancing is on my bucket list for someday! Sue
